Felicity Jones was born and raised in the UK and is best known as the actress who played Jane Hawking on the critically-acclaimed film The Theory of Everything. Jones has been acting since she was twelve, has appeared in many TV series and movies. Her acting career started with the TV film The Treasure Seekers. In the following film, she was Ethel Hallow in The Worst Witch, and the sequel Weirdsister college. In her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool she appeared as Young Ruth and went on to be featured in numerous films. In movies like The Invisible Woman or The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she was a hit for her performance. The actress was nominated for an Oscar for the first time due to her character as the wife of Stephen Hawking as a character in The Theory of Everything. Jones received a lot of praise for her portrayal of Hawking's former wife. This film inspired by the story of Stephen Hawking. Inferno, the Tom Hanks thriller was her subsequent role. It was the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles gave Jones her the British Artist of the Year in the year 2016 because of her outstanding ability and contribution to film.
